FastLane Convenience Stores

Area Manager – Our Area Managers are over a geographic territory of convenience stores. They assist their Store Managers with a variety of items including technical issues to daily paperwork or staffing issues. Travel is a key component to this position. Click here for more information.

Store Manager – Our Store Managers are in charge of all aspects of the store that they work at. They control the image of the store by ensuring that company policies are upheld and through the staff that they hire and train. Click here for more information.

Assistant Manager – Our Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Store Managers in their daily duties and managerial tasks. Assistant Managers generally work a different shift than the Store Manager to make sure that we have a manager on duty for our customers and employees. Click here for more information.

Team Leader – This is the first step into management within our FastLane stores. This person does basic paperwork functions and learns various policies and company procedures from the Assistant Manager and Store Manager. Team Leaders generally work a different shift than the Assistant Manager and Store Manager (once trained) to ensure management coverage for our customers and employees. Deli Manager – The Deli Manager is in charge of the food operations within a convenience store. They schedule their staff and ensure that proper safe food handling techniques are utilized. ServSafe Certification is required for this position.

Manager In Training – Do you have a proven successful track record in management? This might be the job for you! The Manager In Training program is a thirteen-week long series that pairs you up with a current Store Manager. During this time you job shadow them and are evaluated by the Area Manager on your progression. Upon successful completion of the training series, you will be given an opportunity to interview for any Store Manager position that we have open. Click here for a list of opportunities.

Hotels

General Manager – The General Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel. Guest satisfaction is top priority. The General Manager must also be able to hire and manage a staff comprised of an Assistant Manager, Front Desk Associates, and Housekeeping Associates.

Assistant Manager – The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the daily operations of the hotel and ensuring that our guests are satisfied with their stay and service. They consult with the General Manager on any management issues regarding guests or employees.

Front Desk Associate – Our Front Desk Associates must be able to effectively multi-task. They check in guests, take phone reservations, and actively use our computer systems to do so. A friendly personality is a must in this position.

Housekeeping Associate – Our Housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness of our guests’ rooms. They must be able to adhere to strict cleaning guidelines and specified times that the rooms must be cleaned in. Our Housekeepers are key in providing our guests with outstanding customer service.
